You do not have to give your name and contact information, but if you do, it will enable us to contact you if we need more information about your nomination. Your contact details will not be used for any other purpose. You do not need to be a member of the UKEDC to submit a nomination.
You can make as many nominations as you wish by submitting more than one completed nomination form. Each form allows you to nominate up to five people or organisations.
The UKEDC Awards Panel will draw up a short list of nominations to be voted on by UKEDC members in August. It will greatly help the Panel if you can provide a clear reason for your nomination and show how it links to the
